Dr. Elizabeth D. Fraga
Elizabeth Fraga, Ph.D. is a bilingual/bicultural Latina who is a New York State and a New Jersey State licensed Psychologist. She is a full-time lecturer and Founder/Coordinator of the Bilingual Latina/o Mental Health Concentration in the Counseling Psychology Program at Teachers College – Columbia University. She is Co-Investigator on the Connections to Care grant, a New York City Thrive initiative. She oversees the implementation of the Connections to Care grant at Northern Manhattan Improvement Corporation, helping to integrate culturally-responsive mental health care services within the agency. Fraga, has a long-standing history of serving Latina/o/x communities in the NYC metropolitan area.
